If you want to send money straight away, simply select 'Make a transfer' from the menu, or from your Currency Home (click the logo, top left to get there), and follow the instructions.
If you’d rather buy currency now, to transfer at a later date, select 'Buy currency'.
Finally, if you want to transfer currency you’ve already bought, it’s 'Transfer from balance'.
You can leave your currency on your Foremost Currency Group online account, and transfer it whenever you like. No rush!
You can cancel an order – however if we’ve already purchased the currency you may be required to pay any losses that we incur from market movement. Please refer to our terms and conditions (section 2) for full details.
If you’ve bought currency, but haven’t transferred it yet, and it’s not showing in your Currency Home please contact us on +44 (0)1442 892060.

Any rates given on our general website or by email are interbank exchange rates – which are used for indicative purposes only. To see our exchange rate just log in and we’ll give you instant rates.
It can take 2-3 working days for your currency to arrive, depending on which country you’ve sent it to. You can check the status of your transfer in the Activity history section. If you’re still concerned, or the funds haven’t arrived after a few days, please call us on +44 (0)1442 892060 and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
A recipient is the person you’re sending money to – it could be yourself, a friend/family member or a gas company (for example) if you’re paying a bill overseas. To add a recipient you’ll just need their basic info and an IBAN or account number and sort code.
The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is the number of your overseas account. It will vary between banks – it should appear on your statement. If you aren’t sure of the IBAN on your account, your bank should be able to tell you.
A SWIFT code helps us to identify the bank that you’re transferring money to. It consists of 8 or 11 characters, and you may need to provide this to us to complete your transfer. If you aren’t sure of the SWIFT code for your bank, just get in touch with them and they will be able to help.
You can pay using a Sterling debit card – or you can choose to transfer funds to our bank account.
